We have so much going on in the life of our church, we wanted to make it easy to keep track of everything that’s happening. Here’s a summary of our upcoming events in July. Find links below to sign up, or head to the app!
CHURCH PICNIC
Join us for our Whole Church Picnic on Sunday 3rd July! We will be heading to Nonsuch Park together after church. We’ll meet by mansion house car park to (hopefully) enjoy some nice weather, and spend time together!
No need to sign up, just come along on the day. Please bring your own picnic, any blankets/ chairs and any frisbees/ games you might like to play!
FLOURISH WITH FRIENDS
Our next Flourish event is Flourish with Friends and is taking place on Friday 1st July 7.30pm at Stayton House. There will be Pimms, non alcoholic alternatives and strawberries - well it is the summer!
We will be looking at the subject of Friendship and there will be a time of worship and prayer. Tickets are free but you need to book a ticket in advance as spaces are limited. The event is open to all women at Sutton Vineyard. Click here to sign up.
MEN’S BREAKFAST
We are really excited about our inter-generational ministry for Men at Sutton Vineyard. As we start to explore this group we would love for men to join us for a relaxed event as we enjoy breakfast together at The Dolphin on Saturday 9th July 9.30am.
We will be pre ordering food from Cafe Delight, so please click here to purchase your ticket and let us know what you would like for breakfast.
SUNDAY SERVICES
In July we will be concluding our series Pivot: Meeting Jesus, which explores the lives of those who met Jesus and how they were transformed. You can find any of our previous talks in in our app or on our Youtube Channel. We will be starting our new series Stranger Things: God's ways are not our ways, where we will be unpacking passages from the old testament that seem strange to us but reveal something important about how God's ways are not our ways.
We will also be having a special service from our Kids and Youth pastors on raising the next generation.
WELCOME GATHERING
If you are new to Sutton Vineyard, or have been around for a while and want to find our more about us, join us at our next welcome gathering.
Over lunch, we share a bit about the vision of Sutton Vineyard and how you could be part of that. We then offer up a space for you to ask any questions that you may have. Our next Welcome Gathering is 26th June. For more information and to sign up, click here. After this we will have a short break for summer, with our next Welcome Lunch taking place in September.
SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER
Join us to pray together at Overton Grange before a Sunday Service. We meet in Room A1 on the corridor to the left of the main entrance from 9.45am.
It's of key importance that we pray for our Leaders and for our Sunday meetings together. On Sundays we welcome new people and each one of us has a fresh opportunity to encounter the presence of God. No need to sign up, just come along!
PRAYER GATHERINGS
We have regular Prayer Gatherings to pray for certain areas of our Church. These are all on zoom. For more information click here or to join a meeting see below.

POWERFUL CONVERSATIONS
Powerful Conversations are back! A powerful conversation is an intentional conversation, with one of our trained coaches, to support you in dealing with the challenges and demands we all face during our Everyday lives. These are over zoom and July’s Powerful Conversation sessions are on Monday 4th.
Prophecy sessions are a twenty minute Zoom meeting with Prophecy team members, who will seek to hear from God on your behalf and share that with you. July’s Prophecy sessions are on Tuesday 5th.
SOZO is a powerful yet gentle prayer session that aims to deal with all the things that are stopping us from connecting deeply with God. Your session will last between one and two hours and will be with a Sozo team of two members. July’s Sozo sessions are on Monday 4th and Monday 18th.

20S/30S GROUP
Our 20s/30s group is a great way for young adults to get to know others at church of a similar age! Email 2030@suttonvineyard.org to get involved!
YOUTH SOCIAL - BOX HILL NIGHT HIKE
This month’s Youth Friday Night Social is a Box Hill Night Hike! For Young People from Year 6 - Year 13, we will be walking up and back down whilst chatting and doing silly challenges along the way.
