-STAYTON HOUSE-
Stayton House has a number of rooms available for Hire. We have 2 larger meeting rooms perfect for conferences and community projects allowing us to host events for up to 45 people. We also have and smaller meeting room ideal for 1 on on 1 meetings or counselling services. See rooms below.

-Conference Room-
The Conference room is on the first floor and can be set up to meet the needs of your conference or training day. This room is perfect for larger groups with a maximum capacity is 45 delegates. Our large TV screens and audio system are perfect to display presentations or training videos.
-Main Lounge-
The Main Lounge is on the ground floor and is fully accessible. This includes an accessible toilet and baby change facilities. With a small kitchenette, tea and coffee making facilities and large cosy sofas the main lounge is perfect for more informal meetings, training and community support groups.
-Front Lounge-
The Front Lounge is a cosy room situated on the ground floor and fully accessible. The room is perfect for small meetings and and 1 on 1 counselling sessions. The room can also be used as a break out room alongside a booking for the conference room or main Lounge. Complete with a TV screen that can be connected to laptops for presentations.
-Hire costs-
Main Lounge and Conference room are priced at £27.50 per hour
Front Lounge is priced at £15 per hour.
We do not charge VAT on top of these prices.
Water is provided free of charge and a hot drink and a biscuit is £2 per person per half day.
Pastry, cake and lunch platters can be arranged for an extra charge.

Train Station - Sutton Common station, on the Thameslink line, is a 5-10 minute walk.
